When I opened the bag I saw the most beautiful silver bracelet. "Read what it says." She told me. There inscribed on the sides were the words to Proverbs 31:10"Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is above rubies."
I was thrilled. "Oh wow...this is so perfect Kim! I'll wear this at the conference next week." I excitedly said while putting it on my wrist. "What conference?" She asked. I looked up,"I thought I told you that I am going to the Proverbs 31 She Speaks conference in North Carolina next week." "No, you didn't tell me." She said, wanting to know more...and of course I just had to give her the 4-1-1.
Isn't God so good that He would put on my friends heart to give me a bracelet with a verse from Proverbs 31 on it? Just another reminder of His love for me, a gentle little kiss from Father to daughter before I board my plane tomorrow. Not to mention that He accessorizes quite nicely too.
So, if you are at the conference this week please come up and say hello. I will be the forty year old woman without the southern accent, sucking in her stomach and more than likely lost...but sporting the most adorable silver bracelet ever!

I've been praying for you and your family since your post about it...
I know you will have a great time and I can't wait to hear all about it!
How beautiful. You're right- that absolutely was a kiss from God!
Wow...how very wonderful...only our God could pull off such a thing. You are blessed with a wonderful and considerate friend.
How precious. I love how God tells us that we are beautiful. I'm so happy for you
The gift alone would have been great but with the conference, it's extra special!
What a beautiful bracelet and how timely! I wish I were going to that conference, but my pastor's wife is, she got a ticket last minute this week and is sooo excited!
I love stories like that!
That is too cool.
And it is a beautiful piece, but even moreso with the meaning behind it! What a comfort as you find yourself in 'new waters'.
Have a GREAT conference!! I just know that you will be truly blessed by it.
Can't wait to hear all about it!
:)
Love,
Jessica
God is soooo good!
Have a wonderful time at the conference...we'll all be waiting on your report.
:)
That is too funny, "without the southern accent", Sucking in my belly. Well, look for this girl "with the southern accent, with a big belly (I'm pregnant, can't suck in, wouldn't help anyway)". I love the bracelet by the way.
