Should I add Music, or not?
I personally LOVE hearing the music bloggers add to their sites. A few months ago, while trying to sneak a little blog time when I thought my hubby wasn't looking, I found out just why music on a blog is not so well loved by so many.
As soon as I quietly tapped my keys to visit a blog, the page came up and their music started playing, (very loudly). I had been found out!
So friends, here is your warning: I am adding music on my blog. It is Fall, it makes my heart sing, so my personal blog space must sing too!
If you don't like it, you can always scroll all the way down and hit the pause button on my green music play list.
It's that simple.

I have mixed feelings about it too - I have made a playlist for myself to listen too, but haven't decided whether to put it on our not. I have enjoyed listening to your music - you've got some good ones there! (I like JC's Mom!)

You have some of my favorites! I can't wait to listen to them all. :) Especially Rich Mullins! His songs always get me deep in my soul, though I have to admit Michael W. Smith is my absolute favorite singer. Heavenly...
And...fall is my favorite time of the year too! I love the cooler weather, fires in the fireplace, homemade soup, Christmas music (!), snow and skiing, hot chocolate....God sure knew what he was doing when he created seasons. I only wish our trees turned colors like yours do up there. :) YIPPEE!

Music's too big of a part of my life to leave off of a blog that I try to represent myself by.

I absolutely love that song "BLESSED" by Martina NcBride. I need to put that one on my playlist too! I had forgotten about it!
I remember one day I was driving down the road to get some lunch for my family, it was a beautiful day. That song came on the radio and I just burst into tears of happiness and joy. I went down the road praising God for all my many blessings.

I've been busted by the music too!!
Joanne---I love it! I actually took my music off for a while because during my time of the Bible Study over at the Sisters of Faith site I have been adding GodTube music clips....too much trouble for visitors to stop my music to listen to the clip...so--for a bit it's off.
Guess where I am??? At the hospital waiting on our number 2 daughter to give us our number 5 grandson!!!

I remember (during the time of your blog makeover) reading a survey at Big Mama's which listed music as the number 1 pet peeve of bloggers.
I was sad because I loved my music. But I felt pressured to take it off my page. (That was fleeting because I love my music.)
It has since been restored to my page... and I do get online sometimes just to play it. (As I am doing on your site right now.)

I like your music! I had this, but it stopped working. I enjoy some music, but I too have been busted when I was quietly (or not so quietly) blogging! =)
I had no idea there was such mixed feelings about music on blogs. Personally I don't really care for the music on blogs,but I just turn off my sound then I don't have to worry about who has music and who doesn't.
But then there are days that I feel like listening so ....

If you like music, go for it!! Music doesn't bother me - if I'm not in the mood or don't want to be surprised by it, I just hit the mute button.
Other times, I love the songs being played!
Music on a blog is okay with me, but I usually have to turn off my itunes or else I'm listening to two songs and that is grating. Good for you for even knowing how to put it on your blog--I wouldn't have a clue how to do that!
