Why I love Fall.

I am in love with the Fall season. There is no other time of year that puts a smile on my face like this time of year. I love Fall so much that I thought I would write down a couple of reasons why it is the absolute best season of all.

I love Fall because:

1. triple digit weather is finally over.

2. of the changing of the leaves.

3. I look really good in a sweater.

4. my crockpot gets back to work.

5. I am always for the underdog, and Fall is bullied by Summer and Winter.

6. I look extremely lovely in a sweater.

7. there is nothing better than comfort food.

8. weeds don't grow as fast.

9. Have I already mentioned I look darn good in a sweater?

10. gloomy and rainy days are just around the corner....yippee!

Hey I bet that sweater would look nice on you! You've got to come to Michigan and experience Fall sometime! It is truly my favorite season as well!

I love fall too - I find myself smiling at the color of crimson in the leaves - just marveling at God's handiwork this time of year. It's the peak of cozy season for me! Today, I'll be taking two ladies (and perhaps two Golden Retrievers) hiking up in the Oregon Cascades to a waterfall - I know the drive will be gorgeous - but I am especially hoping the hike will be brilliant. I'll definitely be bringing my camera!

Bring on the sweaters!

I love fall too...football weather finally...something just doesn't seem right about going to a football game in shorts. As for the sweater...well, I used to love them but now too hot natured to wear a sweater in the south. I hardly wear a coat either...spend my year in short sleeves and yes, it gets cold here too...just not as cold.

HAPPY FALL...YA'LL...as we would say in the south :)

Bring on the fall! I love it, too. The colors, the sounds, the feel of the cooler air on my face. I love the lazy feel of fall. It's more reflective and fits my usual mood.

Oh how I love fall. Autumn. The colors. Why are the leaves so brilliant just before they die?
It's a perfect autumn day here in Jersey. Time to walk the dog! Go hiking! Watch my son's cross-country meets!
Love it!
Susan
PS- You'd look good in anything!!

You are a hoot. You made me smile on the first "I look good in a sweater". By the end, you had three smiles out of me.

Although a little corn-fused on the last entry. You like gloomy and rainy days? Not me.

I dido all your reasons for liking fall. There is some sort of comfort in being all wrapped up in a turtle neck, sweater, two pairs of socks, gloves, coat, underneath a black and huddle by the electric fireplace.

However, I do tend to not move much in the winter. I'm glued to the fireplace or huddled under the blanket.

Okay I've just realized my description as creeped into the winter months. We don't wear gloves and turtlenecks in the fall. Oh well. I do like winter for those recent babblings of mine.

No mowing!!!

Oh, also the crunch and swishing of the leaves.

I love Fall too for all the reasons you mentioned, but - I don't like the cold and snow that is coming!

I love the color of fall. The crisp fall air, the smell of hot cider and pumkin bread! Oh but I hate that it means winter is coming...

Fall is my favorite season, too. One because the weather is just right (not too hot and not too cold). 2) I can start drinking some hot chocolate topped off with marshmallows. And I also love fall colors. In addition to the changing of leaves' colors.
