Got Chores?

Ahhhh, the joys of being the family waste collector. Gotta LOVE that boy!

This sweet child could be happy in a mud puddle.

Great job Gracie!

Now where did Meghan run off to? I have laundry that still needs folding.

Our kids always had chores too. I made a list up for 4 weeks at a time and it hung on the frig. They didn't always like it but admit now that it was good for them!

It's so great when they do it with a happy attitude, isn't? We do the chore bit, too. Sometimes Ryan get's too carried away with dancing and singing with the vacuum and I have to remind him the floor isn't getting any cleaner. :-)

Helping with chores are the basic foundation for the men and women our children become. So many lessons for life begin in the home.

Good for you for having expectations from your kids!!

Love seeing your kids doing their chores! I am going to show these pictures of your happy kids to my own children. LOL I usually do not see such happy faces during chore time around here. :)
