What a week! Wouldn't you agree? I'm bone weary tired and don't have any energy for blogging today but wanted to come say "hi"...loved the family Thanksgiving photo. It, too, is my favorite holiday of the year. Maybe by then, I will have recovered from the election.

I was determined to plant dafodils today so I would have something to look forward to. Then I woke up to rain! It has been one of those weeks.

what children hear and see is so heartbreaking sometimes. it doesn't seem fair that they have to bear so much more than they were created or even meant to in this life.
I think I was 16 or 17 when you started that tradition. I still think about it every Thanksgiving, and how I wish I could still come to your house every year! Those will always be my most favorite memories of Thanksgiving. I will miss you guys desperatly this year, and wishing I could be there with you!
