LOVE Looks Like Baked Goods

I LOVE sugary baked goods. Just ask my blue jeans. This means I LOVE on people with sugary baked goods. Just ask my husband.
I put fifty pounds on my hunka burnin' love when were married.
I'm not stupid...I mark my territory.

Friends coming over for a visit = ice cream pie.

Kids in bed, finally a few minutes alone with Paul = chocolate cake and a cold glass of milk.

Marriage study in our home this week = warm apple cobbler.

Grace and Samuel walk in after school = chocolate chip cookies without walnuts.

LOVE was sent in the form of a care package to my baby girl's college dorm today. A box wrapped in brown paper is travelling five hundred miles. Pumpkin bread with
chocolate chips and fudgy brownies are its precious cargo.

I think Meghan will get the message.

How about you?

Today love in my house looks like laughter. Ok, so it really sounds like laughter. My daughter is screeching (in a good way!) about a bug on the window screen. I hear little feet running back and forth on my wood floors, and the giggles won't stop.

Yes, I'm loving the laughter. Don't get me wrong, I am thinking about that brownie mix in the pantry because sugary love is pretty amazing too!
