Extreme Makeover - Blog Edition
I've been MIA for a few days. No, I haven't forgotten I have a blog. I haven't been ignoring you. I wish I could tell you I've been cleaning my bonus room, or organizing the gargantuan pile of procreating papers in my office.
Nope. None of the above.
I've been working with Jill over at Blogs by Sneaky Momma. And, by some small miracle, this precious gal hasn't blown a head gasket putting up with all of my annoying questions and quirks.
All this to say, I may be posting one last time with my old look, before the big unveil early next week.
Stay tuned!

Extreme Bloggy Makeover 09'
No wait! You didn't make a mistake....this is Blessed...
Truly, it is.
Welcome sweet friends, to my new remodel.
In the magical land of bloggydom we can transform our bloggy-homes in less than thirty-six hours, isn't that miraculous? Can I hear a big Amen, from anyone going through a remodel right now?!?
Those of you who know me, know that my heart yearns to live in the South. God placed this wanna-be country girl in California. I still believe I was switched at birth. Born and bred a full-blooded yankee, I try not to dwell on that too much.
Sooooo, since I will be looking at this blog more than anyone, I just had to get me some country love in my blog design.
Simple, a bit shabby-chic cottage, but still girly.
Make sure you head on over to Trista at Pumpkin Patch Creations and check out her beautiful designs. She was my Dr. 90210, and I am so grateful. I will be talking about Trista tomorrow, so make sure you don't miss out.
She gave me some bloggy love and I am going to return the same to you all tomorrow.
So make sure to head on over tomorrow, I can't wait for you to see!
Ya'll come back now, ya hear!

Extreme Makeover: Blog Edition
When I hear the word 'makeover', whether it is a home makeover, a body makeover, or even a blog makeover, I am instantly captivated and almost entranced. I can just about get goosebumps!
What woman doesn't enjoy watching something remodeled, renovated or restored?
There are quite a few things in my home that could use some restoration...my kitchen (can't stand the white tile and dirty grout), my bathroom shower (the white tile and dirty grout again..and don't try to tell me to clean it, it is way past that my friend!) , my front yard (cats have decided to use my drip lines as chew toys)...the list is long.
Don't even get me started on the body makeover right now. A plastic surgeon could make a boat load of cash off of the nip and tuck job he could do on this body that has been pregnant a total of three years, (longer than a single birth of an African pachyderm) and has carried and given birth to a grand total of thirty six pounds - six ounces of baby!
Unfortunately, with those big jobs comes big money and that isn't an option right now.
There is one possibility for a remodel that won't break my piggy bank....
A BLOG MAKEOVER!
I have been so grateful to find Elisa with 'Designs by Elisa' . I fell in love with her own personal blog design and was eager to have her just give me the exact same design as hers! I did talk her into a Gerber daisy of my very own, though she was sweet enough to encourage me in a different direction.
So with all of that said...very soon you will come to my tiny little space in the world of the Internet and find that my 'Blessed...' blog has a new face, a new body style and a fresh look.
I pray that you will be 'Blessed...'
